It had been a while since I had a really good massage. My right shoulder has been acting up for a few weeks now. The massage therapist asked me a few qualifying questions when I walked in so I mentioned my shoulder pain. In addition to an overall relaxation massage she worked around my shoulder area but not directly on it. I was surprised by how quickly the majority of the pain was relieved. Whatever she was doing really seemed to help. I still have some discomfort but at the moment it's about 3/4 relieved. I actually feel like I'm breathing a little easier if that makes any sense. When my car needs work I bring it to a mechanic - when I'm experiencing muscle tension and soreness - a good massage therapist is my mechanic for that. Sun Relaxation always produces results for me. The place is very clean and well organized. The staff is courteous, professional and attentive.
Amazing I had a very lovely Therapist and she was very Therapeutic I went in feeling sore and tight and left feeling loose as a goose! The place is well maintained and has an Aura of serenity as you walk in, I will go back and highly recommend 😁
